"Today, 8 months later, downgrading my review for Strong's Marine-Yacht Center. We are still dealing with issues (on our 54' Cruisers Cantius) that were never completed upon pick up almost 1 year ago!! Autopilot and trim tabs were never configured and still do not work properly! It's like a wild goose chase trying to get anything fixed. Just a reminder that none of the electronics were configured...fuel capacity etc when we picked the boat up...nor was it detailed! The owner, Jeff, will not call back, just uses text or email. My husband has spent countless hours fixing things that he should not have to fix and gobbled up fuel (probably $500 worth) trying to fix autopilot that Strong's says they will not reimburse us for! We would not have my worst enemy buy a boat from Strong's!! Today, I am upgrading my review for Strong's Marine-Yacht Center. Strong's, specifically Jeff, had staff come out to our boat in Milford, CT to fix and address numerous punch list items. Ted and Arty were friendly and great to work with! We also want to give a big shout out to Bob Diamond, our salesman. He has been 100% the ENTIRE time and has gone above and beyond in many ways!!! Strong’s Marine - Yacht Center does NOT live up to the “superior service” they say they provide. After purchasing a 2021 yacht with important issues to fix, almost 4 months later, and countless emails, phone calls and stress, we still await for these issues to be rectified. This brand new yacht was not even detailed outside/inside upon arrival for pick up ...with multiple areas still having wood chips piled up where cabinets were put in! There has been no ‘white glove’ service and we would not recommend this yacht center to anyone."
