Strong's Water Club & Marina

"We stayed for two nights. The docs are conveniently located right at the edge of the property. Water hook up and electrical hook up are perfect and readily available. The bathrooms and showers are absolutely incredible. Everything is brand new, there’s shampoo, conditioner, and body gel readily available in each of the private showers. The Windermere restaurant food was very good. The staff was incredibly friendly. The pool is immaculately, clean and very nice. I would definitely recommend Strong’s Water Club and Marina and I will go back."

"Strong's is our favorite place for a weekend getaway! They get it! The marina is always clean and well maintained. They have everything you need while visiting. While there we were able to enjoy an afternoon by the pool, lunch and cocktails at Windemere. The bathrooms and showers are always clean! The staff couldn't be friendlier and are always available to help. Town is a short walk away and there is a great spot to get breakfast. If you haven't been, I highly recommend it!"

"I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Jan Scharwachter at your service department . What a professional and friendly person he was to me. I had a question regarding my boat and he gave some new ideas and even directed me to a Strongs marine near my home port. He is a great employee and an asset to your organization . Thank you Next the young lady that met us upon arrival was also kind and informative, it seems she wears many hats around here and does all of them well. Your grounds are beautiful and bathrooms sparkle. Not every place is perfect no I really only have two complaints or concerns . But nothing earth shattering. I wish the pool would stay open later . 5 o’clock for during the week is early. Especially with people on vacation. The second complaint and is m sure he was just not having a good day was the outside bar tender red hair red mustache and red beard. I don’t think he was happy at work yesterday. It showed it in his attitude and his drinks. But like I said maybe he was just having a bad day. Thank you for a wonderful place to visit."

"We're not boat owners, but we went to this location of Strong's Marina in Mattituck as a party of eight on a Friday to eat a nice relaxing lunch. We were seated at a patio table near the pool area with some shade. The menu doesn't have a large selection, but it has salads, appetizers, sandwiches and some entrees of meat and fish. Prices seemed a bit high - probably normal for this part of eastern Long Island - I had blackened fish tacos (3 tacos) for $24, which didn't include a side dish. Lobster roll was $46 - yikes! Friendly service and lots of free parking."

"A great place to relax. Unlike many marinas I have been to this place almost begs you to relax and unwind. From the large lawned areas with chairs and fire pits to the well sized pool, restaurant and easy to access docks, this place had everything I could need without being overbearing. Everyone on staff that I met was always smiling and in a good mood, nothing felt forced, all in all a great experience that I will return to again."
