"Momentum is a great music school. The staff is welcoming and informative. Shad at the front desk helps with any payment questions and scheduling conflicts. Communication and reply’s are speedy and responsive. My 11 year old son loves his drum teacher Ryan. He looks forward to his weekly lessons and is learning a lot. The music recitals they put together for the kids to perform are professional and well run. It’s awesome to see all the kids on stage showing off what they have learned. I would definitely recommend this music school."

She is very patient and works very well with them. I love that they have recitals where the kids are able to perform to show what they've been working on. All the staff are amazing. "Momentum School of Music is a truly special place filled with excellent teachers and staff. They are all about their students and so generous with their own time and talents. Every show I have been to, which are many, I walk out feeling totally uplifted with love. It’s really remarkable! They accept and see any student regardless of abilities. The students seem to love it and beam with pride after they perform. My own son, never played the drums before and joined Momentum many years ago. He still LOVES going there and performing in their shows. He has become a talented drummer and receives wonderful, positive feedback after every show. There are no words for how much this school has enhanced his life. We are so grateful to Mike, the founder, of Momentum. He is a true artist himself. His awesome teachers, also artists who perform independently, are the most patient, giving, uplifting people!! It’s an excellent place to learn and to cherish your own talents. Even if I did not have a student in the school after watching how much goodness they do I would be inclined to donate money to this wonderful program. It’s a win win!"

"We have been bringing our son to momentum for 2 years now since he was 7 and he absolutely loves it. Started with 30mins of piano a week and now he is doing an hour of piano and 30mins violin. We all wish we had more musical opportunities as a child so heres your chance to do it for yourself of your kids now! Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere, all the teachers and staff are amazing. They are very communicative and flexible in the case of having to reschedule a lesson here and there. Couple times a year they put on a very exciting recital at 89 North in Patchogue where the students get to go on stage and showcase their music. HIGHLY recommend this school for private lessons. First one is free so give them a shot, you wont be disappointed."
