"It's damp in the basement 1st unit my bags developed mold and my boxes fell over because of the dampness. The 2nd unit HAS SPIDERS which I didn't notice until I already put my personal items in AND again other bags have mold on them. I'm going to try to put my things in plastic bags in the hopes that the SPIDERS don't get into my clothes. The young man that was there was helpful and tried to help and said he would report it. I would recommend it for the customer service but will NOT recommend it because the condition of the units."
