"Horrible postal service. What happened to me took the cake. I was home all day waiting for a redelivery that I had to call USPS for because it was “Missed”. Second time this has happened to me. First time they said they couldn’t find my package in time to redeliver. Today I get a call saying that my package was indeed delivered. Plot twist is, I have a ring cam which shows the worker did not come up. So where exactly did he leave the package if he scanned it as handed right to resident but didn’t come up to hand it to me?"

"I can’t believe this post office is open. This is the worst experience I ever experienced sending an item. Be aware of the following when you go to this location. 1)They might NOT have postage 2)There is NO pen to write address or information on the package 3) There is NO shipping labels or forms 4) They at least can’t provide some tape to paste a piece of paper on the box. They want you to buy !!!!!! It’s obvious why this location treats it’s customers like that. Horrible customer service. The community deserves better."

"This post office is outrageous!!! Now I've had the same issues as many where they "attempted" to deliver my package and "left" a notice. However someone was home to receive the package but hey maybe they missed it lets just get the notice. Oh yea they didn't leave one, This is just ridiculous I decided to scroll back on the reviews and it is actually so sad reviews from 9 YEARS AGO were complaining about the same issues happening today??? I even saw one from 10 years ago but looking at their record the same issue was probably happening even further before than that. Overall this place is just trash there may be some good workers but even they can't save this place."

"The post office at St Ann’s in the Bronx the hub station. Most of the employees are rude , there are always long lines , if staff passes customers by and you attempt to ask them a question you are ignored . They never pick up the phone , they never resolve complaints or issues . Who ever delivers parcels and certified mailings put attempt delivery slip in mailboxes but they never call the customer or come the apartment door and they keep u running back and forth for it and say they never recieved the items . They take too long they look and speak unprofessionally maybe they need to shut that station down. My important work licenses were delivered to the ring apartment and addresses this is a shame stop rushing to make sure you get home on time or clock out on time do the job u signed up for your mistakes cost others big time I’m sure they would not like if someone was doing this to them . Someone needs to uncover investigate this"
