"The facilities were good for what I needed. They were in Manhattan for years and moved near Yankee Stadium. I FINALLY got rid of the space. The employees seem a bit aloof at first, but they are actually really nice and professional. The facility is clean and I have to say they have one of the cleanest bathrooms I have seen in a public space!"

"This place was horrible they had to fire people for steal money and for changing peoples account information. They sold my sister unit while we were dealing with person family issue. The elevators were always broke. There always people parking in the dock and they weren’t even on the property. The workers were never really in the front office they would be in the back office or outside building somewhere. They were rarely answering the phone and my code almost never worked. Every time I went there I had to deal with issues. I went there to get my grandkids Christmas gifts and they people wouldn’t let me in talking about they were closing early but it wasn’t even that time yet. They close while I was still outside on the phone with customer service. One time I went there all my information was change on my account, my name, address and other information I had to prove to them that it was really my storage. They have you refer people and never give you the gift card they say they would give. That place is a mess so not I repeat do not rent there you will be very sorry. Don’t believe these reviews they have their workers make fake accounts to put good reviews.This review is for the University Ave store in the Bronx, NY."

"I came in to rent out a unit and was disgusted by the condition of the building. The floors have water damage and mice running around along with roaches... The floor i was shown had a terrible odor and i could not breathe right. If that wasn't bad enough the units are grossly overpriced. Do not rent from this place. There are cleaner units for less than this."
