"Storage Unit is Rat infested. Rats on trap in the middle of the day!! Make sure you use strong bins for storage. These rats will eat through your boxes!! RATS RUNNING THROUGH BUSINESS DURING DAY WHILE TRYING TO ACCESS MY STORAGE UNIT. Staff is aware of the problem and has done nothing to rectify issue. They should WARN CUSTOMERS about the rats before renting units!! The number provided to call leads you back to that location. Facility staff is helpless. Can we get a contact number for a District Manager in Bronx NY. HEALTH HAZARD!!!"
