"Really relaxing and calm place depsite the fact it's surrounded by road and traffic from all angles. Really beautiful fountain with lovely statues and the golden pitcher memorial. Nice scenery with all the plants and what not. There's also a memorial for fallen veterans, it's really quite something. Fairly exceptional place for kids to play as they annually hold events there. As well, it's a very safe place due to the fact there is a mini police booth right there in the oval. All in all, a really great and relaxing place."
"I thought they did some renovations from the last time I was here, which was probably over a year ago. Apparently I was wrong. That's how nice this area looks. In the summer, the fountain is in and the park is clean. Nice place to sit and relax. It's right by the Bx22 bus, Applebees, Popeyes, Burger King and a few other choices to eat."
"Very nice chill spot. Make sure u don’t ride your bike in there, make sure u don’t walk in the grass, and make sure you don’t stand on the border of the fountain.
