"The rental fee is ridiculous. The customer service is lacking. I have had 2 workers in 10 years actually try to assist me. The rest don’t know how to help. On top of the ridiculously hight rent, they recently changed the late fee amount to 20% of your monthly fee. So my late fee went from $10 to $60. The greed is disgusting."

"They lore you in with a pretty reasonable rates for the storage unit. Then within a year they'll raise it to a crazy ridiculous price. Forcing you to either have to pay or move. Let's just say I will not be dealing with this storage facility name no longer. I will find other ones that have more competitive rates. I was paying $372 a month. Now their charging me $448. From one day to the next. They didn't even honor their 30 day notice. Very unethical and very unprofessional. If you can store your belongings in some other facility not cube smart!"
