"Had the worst experience here at extra space storage in Fordham Road. They had a sale on a unit. It was giving me a hard time online so I called. And asked if that particular unit that was online for sale was still available, and the lady that answered the phone that goes by the name, Shirley, she was very rude on explaining to me that I cannot get the sale that’s online at the moment, very unprofessional, not helpful whatsoever. I really think it’s important to train your staff on how to speak to customers in a property manner.. I will not recommend this service to anyone I know.."
