"Rented a van because I needed to moved a bedroom set. I noticed I was missing 3 pieces to the frame so I called them to see if they found them and was told yes but that it was thrown out they didn't care .I can understand if it was garbage but it wasn't obviously the van was rented to move furniture so it should have been held there at least a week now I can't even put the bed together. I will never rent from them again or recommended to anyone."
"The staff were amazing very helpful however the process overall was horrendous. Everything is on your phone, the service is terrible delaying process. Make sure you give yourself an extra 30 mins before your moving window."
"Everyone at this location is well knowledgeable about the renting process and with the equipment involved. The guys who did the hookup and disconnected the trailer were very respectful and courteous. The prices were great and the service too.
