"About a week ago, I went in search of a building to store my grandmothers belongings as she recently passed and my family would like time to go through her things and store those we would want to keep. I was assisted by Ruben, who was patient with all of the questions I asked pertaining to payments, upsizing or downsizing, and the hours on weekends. He truly showed that he was interested and enjoyed his line of work, had a welcoming personality, and very helpful. I will be recommending Extra Space Storage and their worker, Ruben, to many. Thank you for your wonderful customer service."

"I called to pay my mom's storage bill . I spoke to Ms Carmel gave her the information on the account and there wasn't any information under my name for having a unit in that location. She offered to look into the situation more to figure out what the issue was and she would call me back once she figured out the problem. After speaking with her I realized I received a text stating my bill was due. I called the number that was in the text message to pay my bill . I then realized I had a unit in a total different location. Ms Carmel did call me back and I explained to her that I had made a huge mistake. Ms Carmel was very pleasant, helpful and very respectful she also was patient and willing to go to any length to help me resolve my issues and concerns. I wish I could receive this service from all customer service representatives. Thank you Ms Carmel. Keep up the excellent work & I pray you are appreciated and rewarded for your excellence."
