I stop by every now and then, and the selection is kinda missing a bunch if colors and from what I've seen hardly restocked. Also, the selection on warhammer 40k units could be better, hardly ever see assassin models for sale."

"My experience with this business has been extremely frustrating and I do not recommend them. I placed an order 6 days prior to finally getting ahold of someone at this business. After 3 days of no movement on my order I messaged them through TikTok asking for an update with no response. After 5 days I reach out through TikTok again requesting an update with no response. Today, day 6, I find their phone number and call, no one answers. After trying further to figure out how to contact this store, google suggests a second number to try and the store picks up. I tell the clerk my situation and that I’m requesting an update. He asks for my order number so I open TikTok and find it. I ask if he’s ready for it, he replies, “umm… okay” as if he didn’t just ask me for my order number. So I start reading it to him and he interrupts me to tell me that that’s my TikTok order number and he won’t be able to find it without the store order number. The way he said it was as if I should have known that. He then asks for my username, but stops to ask someone nearby how they can look up TikTok orders, then lets me know I’ll need to talk to the owner about it without offering a solution to that. How am I supposed to talk to the owner when I can hardly get ahold of the store? He then asks me what I ordered and I tell him. He responds, “oh we don’t even have any more of those the owner will have to refund you.” I reply “okay” and he says “okay, bye.” And hangs up. The feeling I got was that I was dumb for even thinking they would have the item in stock. To summarize, the clerk made me feel like a burden, was completely unapologetic about the situation, and didn’t offer a resolution as he didn’t cancel the order or put me in touch with the owner. It shouldn’t take a week to get ahold of someone at your business. And your employees should treat your paying customers better. The guy who answered when I called could not have cared less about helping me, CLEARLY, since he didn’t. And if you’re going to run a TikTok shop, figure out how to use TikTok. UPDATE replying to owner response: Your TikTok posted a video 1 hour ago announcing you just got 800 new pops in and that you buy pop collections. I see another video you posted on March 30th. What was most frustrating was dealing with a rude and dismissive clerk over the phone when I needed help with an order. You don't address that at all in your response. Update your phone number on google."

"Chris and the staff are INCREDIBLE! Chris is one of, if not, the best people in the Funko community. He is willing to work with you and such a good person. Met him at a recent convention and I wish I was local to NYC to go to his shop whenever."

"Great experience. Finally found a Funko here that I have looking for for awhile and decided to order from them after reading good reviews, and they came through. I ordered on Sunday and they shipped it the same day, and it came in on Friday. Shipping was packaged very well and box/pops came in great condition. Would definitely order from here again!"
