"the front desk gives you tooooo much attitude . They are very very rude, very disrespectful and act like your annoying them with questions. Both women look at you up and down with displeasure in their faces. NOOOOOO customer service at all! She kept looking at my license as if I was lying about being a resident even after the transaction just as she was about to hand me my license she snatched back to to look at it again. This woman shouldn't be in the front at all. You don't need people with prejudice agenda representing the community. I felt her attitude was offensive."
"First state I’ve ever encountered this: Told front desk my address which I was trying to remember and he gave me this confused look, then I was denied getting a library card. Apparently if you’re temporarily living here, you are not allowed one. I’m a travel nurse and love reading. Next state I’ll get one."
"Thumbs down for some of the front desk women. It is very unfortunate that a few sour elderly women cannot greet us with a smile and "how are you?" They should be grateful for this job and that they have survived Covid."
"A nice clean older building with lots of books! I was impressed how many and how well it was laid out. Arrows on the floor is a bit ridiculous but so are masks at this point. The staff was friendly and fun. I was here for their craft fair which is small and very local."
