"I went into the Depew, NY branch with an issue with an account. The 2 greeters and banker Joseph said that they could not help me without my 91 year old mother coming into their branch. I explained that she was too elderly to travel from New York City and that it had been pre-arranged with a Chase branch in the New York City area. I asked them to check their computer and they repeatedly refused. I then asked them for their phone number so the other bank branch could call them to straighten this out. The 2 greeters then threatened to call the police, if I didn't leave and escorted me to the door. I then went to another Chase branch and was treated with kindness and respect. The greeter knew right away that they would be able to help me. Their banker was professional and took care of my issue. What a difference between Chase branches!!!!!"

"BROADWAY AND PENORA LOCATION: I have NEVER felt so UNSAFE in a bank! The banker was pushy and aggressive. My husband had to leave the meeting for literally 5 mins to deal with an emergency and the moment he walk out of the room the banker tried to push me into changing things we had just talked about with my husband. When I told him I no longer wished to do business with him and wanted to leave he actively tried to prevent me from leaving his office. I RAN OUT OF YOUR BANK LIKE A TRACK STAR! I will warn everyone I know especially women to stay away from this place!!!!"
