This was my second move with Igor’s team, and they were very responsive, on time, diligent, and careful. I’m 7 months pregnant, so we had them do a full service move where they packed everything in our 1 bedroom and moved us out of a 4th floor walkup to a new building, reconstructed our furniture, etc, and my husband and I agreed it was the best money we ever spent. My son was driving up to Brooklyn from Florida so I couldnt give Igor a definite time because he was on the road. Igor worked with me and said give me an hour and a half notice ane we will be there. Move 1: West Village to Storage in DUMBO - 2017 Move 2: DUMBO storage to DUMBO APartment - 2017 Move 3: DUMBO Apartment to U-Pack Moving Van out of state :( - 2020 Other - Neighbors moved out of our DUMBO Apartment and said they had a great experience too! This review is for Move 3, but all were excellent. Igor response quickly via email. He advised 3 movers for 3 hours at $125/hour is the minimum. Tips are the norm. Fair price for excellent service. We had most stuff in boxes, but they were super helpful with: a) Disassembling the bed efficiently b) Wrapping items in Movers wrap to protect them c) Disassembling the dining room table and packing safely with extra boxes Moving Your Way was effective, efficient and very professional. U-Pack is a unique service. I have a full on review for them and Highly recommend the combination of U-Pack + Moving Your Way for out of state and Moving Your Way for intra NYC moves."
