"One star is being generous. They cancelled my move 4 days prior due to me asking a question about how they collect payment. They stated that I disagreed with the terms and refused to pay, when I was simply asking a valid question. Rather than answering my question by telling me that is their policy, he just cancelled my move and was extremely rude about it. I booked with them because my friend has used them in the past and liked them, but I should’ve done my own research and read these reviews. If this review isn’t enough for you to not book with them, please read some more and see for yourself how the company responds to them with hostility. This company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable, so please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I ended up using Otter Moving and they were absolutely amazing. ** Adding on after his response, there was no back and forth and I never refused the policy or to pay. I asked a question and my move was cancelled. Adding in a screenshot, don’t let this company fool you."

"So disappointed with this moving company. I worked with them once before and had a great experience but just hired them again in June 2024, the owner has a rage problem and screamed at me on the phone. He doesn’t keep his word about timing or scheduling on his end (to receive reusable bins or when his crew should arrive) but expects that you keep your time or face a “rescheduling fee”. I was trying to return the reusable bins and no one contacted me about when they would be picked up. So I reached out to them to schedule a time. I didn’t realize it would be a window of time (and due to the lateness of the drop off that I experience, I figured he would be late again). So I called to reschedule and as I was explaining the situation, the owner started to scream at me and talk over me, clearly annoyed by my call. It’s actually really scary that a person who could be so easily angered is roaming the streets probably bullying other people for no reason. I feel bad for him. Don’t use this company. (Movers themselves are good people, the owner is really rude and unprofessional). All of the 1 star comments tell the same story, it’s true."

"My team was great. Darrell and his team worked quickly and carefully with the valuables, and they were very personable. They were also patient as we had a second stop to empty out a storage unit. These guys were incredibly efficient, and didn't leave until they knew I had everything in place where I wanted it. The price was incredibly reasonable as well...best quote of 7 moving companies I investigated. Will definitely use again!"
