"Apple car service is a business that have rude and unprofessional people working for them . I don't know how they are still in business. I'm a disabled Vet. Who used their service for a very short period before I realized they are very disorganized and disrespectful not the drivers except1 who did not know where he was going and didn't speak English so communicating was null. My main issue was confirmation of a scheduled trip. When I call to confirm my trip which was set up by Medicaid themselves anytime I have any appointments with a confirmation # I was told I was not in the system when I try to explain I have a confirmation # and the the trip was scheduled days prior they would hang up on me. Now tell me why would I continue dealing with a company like that who is supposed to have your best interest. Especially if they are getting paid to do so."
