"It's a nice station even though I'm not there often, but there should be some more signs in the station letting folks know that the (2) and (5) Trains stop at Utica Avenue during AM Rush Hour, and PM Rush Hour. Especially the (5)."
"Station is pretty good but very crowded. The elevator is always broken however, which makes it hard for mothers and others who need it. I end up asking for help or taking the train back to Eastern Parkway and walking. We shouldn’t have such a faulty elevator."
"For those of you reading over these reviews, please do know that this is for a subway train station not bus station. This is an end of the line stop which means that you're really never that far away from a train pulling into the station. This area has not been gentrified yet and it is after Franklin Avenue, the very gentrified area."
