"Unless you want your belongings broken, do not use Veteran Movers NYC under any circumstances. Among other havoc they piled two boxes on top of a box containing fragile contents that was clearly marked "DO NOT STACK GLASS DISHES." That box is a goner. If you attempt to get restitution they are very good at sounding nice, but talking, talking, talking so nothing gets done. Avoid even if Veteran Movers NYC is the last mover on earth! "My wife and I moved from Providence, RI to New York, NY (Job # 193570) and are grateful that we chose Veteran Movers/Roadway. Jonathan and the rest of the moving team were on-time, courteous, and professional. Jonathan made sure to answer any questions that we had, and put our minds at ease. The team was careful with our belongings, and did a good job disassembling/reassembling furniture. "Veteran Movers NYC is fantastic! Everyone on the team who arrived to move our stuff out of our one bedroom NYC apartment was kind, courteous, efficient, and personable, not to mention super-strong and very capable. We had a lot of really heavy furniture and tons of heavy boxes to move out of a two-flight walk-up apartment in Manhattan and they carried everything out with the greatest of care and ease. We also had an extra stop where they had to drop off and pick up more stuff that they then had to pack into a storage space. They were able to get everything to fit within the 10' x 10' space perfectly. The guys cheerfully accommodated all of our requests. I loved them and can't say enough good things about them. Oh yeah—the price: extremely reasonable! You cannot do better than Veteran Movers NYC!"
