"DO NOT USE THESE HORRIBLE MOVERS. I used them to move from New York City to Toronto. 1. THEY BROKE MY DISHES 2. THEY ARRIVED 8 EIGHT DAYS LATE 3. they had ZERO knowledge of customs forms/paperwork or Covid testing to get into Canada. 4. The driver was STRANDED at a gas station I had to pay money for an uber to get there PLUS give him money for GAS. DO NOT TRUST The owner FELIX. He was unapologetic about all inconvenience. My hand was cut and bleeding from the broken glass in the box. A box that was clearly label fragile and i packed individual pieces with buble wrap and foam. He didn't care at all. He will take all your money upfront and care at all what happens next. USE ANY OTHER MOVING COMPNAY NOT THIS ONE. I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. Felix is a scammer - Don't let him swindle you, He will show you reviews from other websites ALL FAKE. I should have trusted my gut and used another company. THESE PEOPLE ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR BELONGINGS. I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. Buyer beware."

"My second move with this company did not go well. Everything packed up into the truck and items lost upon arrival. How do you lose a whole container of items but Everything else gets delivered. So frustrated and Felix only offered $100 for my lost valuables. I refused. He Never called back or responded to calls or texts to resolve the issue. Do not use them to move your valuables if something gets broken or lost.You will get ignored."
