"You get what you pay for !!!! Overall poor service and poor customer service !!!! I used their service from hartford CT to NYC . I checked 1 luggage and the luggage never arrive with me , I submitted a claim and they confirmed the luggage was at their office and that I needed to go pick it up , and they not responsible for delivering baggage , and no compensation will be giving for their poor service, to make this matter worst they don't even apologize for their driver mistake for leaving my bag behind....horrible service ,people should think about twice"
"Got there at 7:30 pm and was 10 min away from home and the drop off in college but the driver drive 1 hr before drop off and he drop off everybody to lanham, and other l ocation far away before drop me home, I do not know why and it is not the first encounter. Their driver had an orientation problem once they reach Maryland"

"Took this transportation from Boston to NY initially gave me a price and when approaching NY was asked to pay an extra fee and left me in the Bronx for me to take a taxi to my final destination. Definitely will not take this transportation agan and WILL NOT recommend it! Very irresponsible and abusive."
