"I am very disappointed how this 41 bus runs after 3pm, two buses always say not in service and passes the bus stop Webster Ave and Gunhill RD. This happens all the time, and i dont know why??? but then the officers from MTA bus route wants to hide and give tickets to the people that didnt pay on the bus, but no buses after 3pm. If they are you will wait like 10 minutes. One bus from gunhill rd and Webster ave to tremont Ave is ridiculous. Mind you the doors stay close because it a select bus or a regular bus. Due to the virus they should have more buses running!!! Do it for the people that travel everyday, and if you guys dont have enough drivers, its not the customers problem. Need to hire bus drivers!!!"
