"My experience at the Monsey Post Office was generally positive, with great service from the staff. However, I've noticed that when the office gets crowded, the staff can become noticeably frustrated, which affects the overall atmosphere. Additionally, there have been instances where the office felt understaffed, leading to prolonged wait times. Despite these issues, I appreciate the friendly and efficient service I've received from the staff when it's less busy."

"If I could give this place a zero star, I would. The staff never heard of customer service. They are nasty and rude as can be. Please USPS - stop abusing our community and hire new staff. Note to my fellow community: If you need to get a passport, go to COC or New City post office if you don't want to be subjected to horrendous treatment by the Monsey post office employees."
