"Went in there this afternoon. I was not aware that today was by appointment only. The lady with glasses who was sitting at the first seating when you enter was not polite at all and I left feeling bad and not helped at all. It's obvious she's there just for a check. Shes not professional or nice at all and its evident she wants to hurt people's feelings because she's miserable herself. I believe that the 5 stars reviews on this place are by people who are affiliated in some way with anyone who works there"
