"We had always used this facility in the past but with no special offers, the staff's lack of desire to be there, and no attempt to keep me as a return customer.....I went elsewhere......It's ashame really. I had moved out of the area only to drive an extra 20 minutes to store my stuff there and had to turn around and head home with my car full of totes..... Now we are down to ZERO stars. This post is over 2 years old and NOW they decide to respond? And it wasn't after hours. The lack of initiative of the staff and the fact that I was told one thing on the phone about rates and what happened when I got there were 2 different things. The fact that they waited so long to respond and that they are putting the blame on the customer should tell you NOT to use city closet storage."
"Moved out more than month ago ad still haven't got a refund. Filed a claim to District Manager. Waiting for my $138 back. Upd: After the claim to the District manager they gave me a cash refund (I had to go there once more). P.s. I wouldn't promise to delete the review I promised to update it accordingly"
"I was very happy with location and price of this storage facility. The staff is always nice. Until the big storm we had in October 2021. The first floor flooded. I lost precious family heirlooms and have mold on old photographs and other belongings. Unless they have found a way to lift the entire facility, do not store here. Your things will be ruined in the next storm. The second floor suffers from roof leaks. The entire facility should be knocked down and rebuilt."
"Simply put, City Closet Storage is the best storage facility I've ever dealt with. I've served over 24 years in the military and lived around the world and have never had better customer service,. The facility is neat and well maintained and the manager and staff are knowledge and extremely helpful no matter what the situation. I recommend them to anyone in the area. Thank you City Closet, it's been great!"
