"EMPLOYEES NOT WELL TRAINED! I have dealt with a number of issues with employees mistakes for months!! Currently, in a battle with them over a big mistake they made, that I had to inadvertently bring to their attention weeks after it happened! I have gotten partial, mixed, different and incorrect information from multiple employees (mainly N Syr branch) over time. Opened a new account at another bank and will be closing my account at SB asap! I even recently verbally disclosed to an employee at the start of a conversation that a manager conferenced in, that I'm legally disabled and have cognitive issues, that I couldn't understand or follow the detailed explanation of all THEIR banking procedures as to what happened with my current issue. I just needed them to fix it. "Jeanette" told me that I "clearly wasn't listening and when I decided to listen, I could get in contact with her" AND HUNG UP ON ME(/us)!? VERY unprofessional and felt discriminating! Not to mention some of their "policies" you're required to agree to, seem more personal than financial in my opinion. I've been super stressed because of this bank, which has been affecting my physical state. THINK TWICE before banking here!! ***"Response from owner"*** If you pay the $318.00 currently being disputed that Solvay Bank's employees mishandled, then my biggest problem with you would be resolved. I can close my accounts after my new direct deposit takes effect and move on. More importantly, I can lower my stress level knowing you're taking accountability for your employees mistakes."
