Located at 6 Main Street in the heart of Potsdam, New York, Stone and Steel Gym is dedicated to empowering the residents of Northern NY to lead longer, healthier, and more capable lives. Our state-of-the-art, self-service facility is equipped with a diverse range of free weights, strength machines, cardio equipment, and strongman gear to suit all your fitness needs.

At Stone and Steel, we embrace a flexible approach to personal training by allowing independent trainers to work with clients in our gym at no additional cost. While we do not offer in-house personal training, we provide the perfect environment for trainers and clients to thrive together.

Exclusive Offers:

- Founders Discount: Enjoy $60 off on all yearly memberships during the first two months of our opening, reducing your cost to just $35 a month—a 30% savings over our standard rates. This offer is valid through August 2024.

- Special Discounts: We honor active duty military, veterans, first responders, seniors (65 ), and students (ages 13-21) with a $5 monthly discount on all standard-priced plans. Simply present your identification at signup to qualify.

- Student plans come with gym access from 6am to 9pm. Members aged 17 and under require a parent or guardian to sign up, and those 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
