"Don’t let them fix anything. I sent my bike to get the spokes tightened because the back tire wobbled and was told it would cost $50 and take about a week and then 3 weeks later ended up charging me $178 for not even fixing the problem and didn’t even re aline my back tire correctly"

"Brand new bike just purchased from Sovie’s & they towed my motorcycle after ECU broke after only 30 miles. & scratched it all up in the process. Can clearly tell these scratches are from tie-down ratchets. They did not put the bike back together correctly, the windscreen isn’t on correct & the fairing on one side is not properly aligned & scratched on both sides. Now I’m having problems now when I’m trying to sell it. There’s way better Honda dealerships out there. And I’ll drive that extra hour."

"John has earned my business because he is always friendly and very knowledgeable. His staff are very knowledgeable as well. The service has been excellent. They replaced the solenoid on a new winch that was purchased with a Honda 420 Fourtrax on the same business day, that was very kind since we were expecting a huge snowstom. They went above and beyond to ensure I was plowing and not snowblowing. These guys are dependable, knowledgeable and friendly people. They deserve 5 stars!"
