"I learned about Redbeard at a New York Cycle Club event and, partly because they were in Brooklyn, I decided to make an appointment. I had had a fitting when I first got my bike (used) about a year ago but it never felt totally right. Iyla had me sit on the bike and pedal - he sat and watched. Changed the handle bar stem attachment. Sat and watched. Made some additional adjustments. That went on a little while. Handlebars a little up and little down. Seat a little back and little down. He looked at my shoes and made some changes to the clips. When adjustments were complete, he put the bike up on the rack and took care of some mechanical issues - above and beyond. I rode the bike home and sailed. Many small adjustments made a VERY big difference. I would have hugged him but he would have been embarrassed! Thank you."
