Our Offerings:

- Group Classes: Our diverse class schedule includes Strength & Conditioning (S&C), Strength Endurance, Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon), Kettlebell Strength Conditioning, and Barbell Strength. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, our classes are designed to challenge and support you at every fitness level.

- Personal Training: Tailored one-on-one sessions with our expert coaches to help you reach your personal fitness goals.

- Physical Therapy: Our in-house Stacks Physio Sports Rehabilitation Club offers top-tier sports and orthopedic physical therapy for injury rehabilitation, recovery, and preventative medicine.

Class Schedules:

- Mondays, Fridays, Sundays: Experience the dynamic mix of strength and conditioning to boost both muscular and aerobic endurance.

- Tuesdays, Thursdays: Focus on strength with exercises tailored to build endurance and capacity for heavier lifts.

- Wednesdays: Dive into our MetCon class for a cardio and strength circuit that trains both aerobic and anaerobic systems.

- Saturdays: Participate in our circuit-style MetCon class to engage in a comprehensive workout session.

- Run Lab: A unique strength and mobility class for runners of all levels, designed to enhance efficiency and prevent injuries.

- Free Community Runs: Join us every Sunday for a community run open to all paces and fitness levels.

Join Us:

Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, SESSION TRAINING welcomes you. Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class to meet your coach, and don't forget your water bottle and towel. We offer rental towels and have water available if needed.

"I've been to countless workout classes across NYC and Brooklyn. This is the first gym I've become a member of. The classes are intentionally programmed to challenge you daily and progress weekly. You're not getting annihilated by coaches whose goal is to make you vomit. These instructors truly watch your form and make you a better athlete for it. There's no better place to train."

"I have been taking classes at Session for the last 4 years since I moved to Williamsburg (200+ classes). The workout programming here is next level (kudos to coach Alexa and Nico!) : it really helps you grow (whatever your goal is), challenges you in a good way, but never goes too much to lead to injury. The coaches and staff are always friendly and full of positive energy. I always walk out of the studio with a big smile on my face. Don't miss out!"
