"I went to Barry’s today for the 9:20 class, but it turned into a nightmare. The man on D27 seemed to be in a terrible mood. He grabbed my weights and strap, then pushed them away and slapped my face with them. I was bewildered and asked if he was okay, why he was doing this. He mockingly apologized, laughed, and then continued to mimic my voice and laugh at me. I left the class and reported him, but the girl at the reception let him stay. She asked if I wanted to leave, but why should I have to leave when he was the one being aggressive? It’s not a safe space for women at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. She also refused to tell me his name. As a lawyer, I could have taken this further, but I shouldn't have to fight for basic respect and safety when I’m paying 2000$ for classes. I’d strongly recommend anyone to avoid this location."

"Keoni coached hands-down the BEST Barry's class I have ever taken. Terrific ambassador for Barry's--everything a Barry's coach should be (charasmatic, relatable, inspiring, commanding of all parts of the room, and consistent in his timing from start to finish). I LOVE a coach who includes diverse and challenging programming. As someone who has been active all my life and does a variety group fitness classes on a weekly basis, Keoni introduced me to moves and combinations I have never done before. I was quickly humbled but also EXCITED each time Keoni faciliated the floor team into it's next set. Keoni is truly top-notch. At the end of the day your comfort zone feels like a nice place to be in, but nothing grows there. Keoni's class absolutely pushed me out of my comfort zone and I will be seeking out his classes from here on out! I am SO ready for the next Keoni class!"

"Keoni is the best in the biz! Highly recommend his classes! The studio is clean and the front desk staff was professional. The treadmills are very responsive - that’s fantastic! The shower in the women’s room was cold, for what it’s worth."

"The staff here is so wonderful! They are fun and super on it. They helped me switch into an earlier class and they were also so wonderful at the smoothie bar. The instructor was fabulous an I loved the Ouai products in the shower! My only complaint is that in the women's locker room there are only two showers with hot water (the ones across the back). The one nearest the front on the left side and the one behind it only have cold/lukewarm water. I've been going here for years and it's never been fixed. Otherwise this location was utterly fantastic! Kudos to the fabulous staff. This is my favorite location of all!"

"best instructors: Aminah, Izzi, and Valentina!!! Honestly all instructors are great in their own way, but the trainers listed really resonated and motivated me. It's a hard workout, but you can push yourself as much as you'd like. The instructor is there to give you the option to do something out of your comfort zone. Also, love the front desk. They're really nice and welcoming."
