"The classes here are by far the best in the hamptons. The teachers are amazing and the room is very toasty. I did forget my water bottle and cash one day, and was quite annoyed that in order to charge my card it would be a $20 minimum, meaning $5 for the water and a $15 credit for 3 more waters. As someone who takes her own trash to the dump and does not do bottled water as it is offensive to the environment, I strongly disagree with this policy. All other work out places, happily swipe my card $3-5 all the time for a water, a towel, or shoe rental. So I did the hot yoga with no water...kinda dangerous in 90 degree heat."

"Lienette is an excellent teacher. Perhaps one of the best Bikram instructors I’ve had. She went around the room to check in with everyone, helped with modifications and encourage more advanced students to push push push!"

"Hamptons Hot Yoga in both Bridgehampton and Southampton are an oasis and refuge out east. The summer classes are always full with a positive and uplifting community. During the Fall and Winter months it's a such a treat to start your day in the warm, uplifting space. Especially when it's rainy, cold and gloomy - this is my happy place. The teachers are all incredible and each have their own unique style and Lynette the owner takes such pride in the establishments - always clean, hot and the cold lavender towels at the end of class are the best! Love, love, love it here and highly recommend to newcomers or seasoned yogi's! Enjoy"

"Don't go to this studio unless you want to support unpaid yoga teachers and an owner that treats those around her cruley. If anyone remembers taking my classes (2 Vinyasa and 1 Bikram) or those 4 full days that I was working at the desk. Know that I didnt get paid $1. This owner took the time to lie about my worked hours and as I was staying at her house added on a surprise cleaning fee, to the steep one week rent and charged me $175 for a pot that I burned. I'm sure she will respond to this comment with a lot of false comments. I'm deeply passionate about teaching yoga and my 11 year yoga practice has changed my life. It is very sad to me when an owner like Linette is holding down a studio and bringing a lot of negativity to her students and teachers working for her. Please take the time to support a studio that deserves your money. Support studios that actually honor the the Eight Limbs; Satya (truthfulness), Ahisma (kindness), Asteya (nonstealing), we are not practicing yoga if we are not practicing the Yamas in our day to day life."
