"Wanda really knows what she is doing. She has adjusted my positions during stretching and exercise so that I felt the stretch correctly and had proper form during the exercise. She can tell you all about the different muscles and how they work. She's the best!"

"The best gym I have ever been to. I went to this gym years ago, and due to moving I switched gyms. I have tried 5-6 different gyms throughout the years and they all had major issues. After moving back to town, I resigned up and I am so happy I did. The gym is spacious, very clean, and the equipment is up to date and all useful. Moreover, the staff is friendly and professional. The manager, Bruce, is the ideal person you would want managing a gym, he is attentive, friendly and runs the gym impeccable. It is also telling that I recognize many of the same class instructors, and trainers from years ago. (I rarely write reviews, but felt it necessary in this instance because of how exceptional this gym is)."
