Located at 24 Cobek Court, Brooklyn, New York, NYFC is more than just a gym—it's a community dedicated to empowering individuals on their fitness journeys. Our mission is to inspire and motivate you to achieve your personal goals, whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out.

At NYFC, we understand that every journey is unique. That's why our team of qualified trainers is here to help you identify your goals and create a personalized plan to reach them. Not sure where to start? Come in and have a chat with us—we're here to guide you every step of the way.

Our diverse range of classes caters to all interests and skill levels. From boxing and MMA to gymnastics, we offer dozens of classes every day to fit your schedule and preferences. Explore our individual class pages to see what's available and find the perfect fit for you.

Operating hours:

- Monday to Friday: 6 AM - 10 PM

- Saturday: 9 AM - 4 PM

- Sunday: 9 AM - 4 PM

"Best gym in Brooklyn, if you’re a parent looking to keep your kids busy and healthy you bring them here. Clean workout area, clean restrooms, showers, gym has a sauna!, several sports are offered, my son chose the wrestling and absolutely happy about it."

"I have been here multiple times and I have to say it is one of the cleaner gym's out there. There are a lot of trainers and different types of martial arts to choose from for various age groups. I myself am a muay thai fighter and was surprised to see the variety of coaches and was impressed with their knowledge of the sport. Would recommend 10/10"
