"First time at Alana Fitness. I went for a fantastic pelvic workshop with Sharissa Reichert on 4/16/24. Sharissa is so knowledgeable and made learning about the pelvic floor fun. I felt taken care of. The staff at Alana Fitness are welcoming. Although I did not work out there, the gym is fantastic. Nice layout of machines, weights and open space."
