"I bought my Ebike in this shop in March 23. I previously had a Rad power Ebike that no shop was able to fix. This time around, reliability and maintenance were my top criterias. I came to Fly E-Bike because their bikes look reliable (delivery men use them), they have a good network of stores around the city and this location is at walking distance from me. I came for quality of service and they delivered. I came twice since I purchase the bike and each time left happy with the service. Nov 23 paid $20 to change front brake"
"These people are thieves. They sold me a bike for $1,400, quoting false and misleading stats regarding the moped at the time of purchase. When I came back less then one week later to return the bike they said they can only give me 1,000 because it’s used. I explained that I would want to keep it if what I was told originally was true, but he did not care. He said I can upgrade the battery to fix my issue for an additional 1,000. Corporate customer service was not helpful and just referred me to the store. Don’t walk in, they are scammers that want u to buy something and later force u pay more to make your bike functional."
"One of the best places ever for e-bikes and e-scooters. Recently purchased an electric scooter from them brand new. The scooter had great quality control with great factors that allow me to ride comfortably around the city. The staff is nice and easy to communicate to. A great place to look for east travel in the city!"
"This place sells stolen merchandise, most of which are also significantly damaged. They also beat and threaten patrons when confronted with the stolen goods and attempt to destroy evidence. It’s obviously the worst illegal pawn shop in the Brooklyn. Buyer beware when buying there as you could die or get killed by the employees. Thief beware as I may have put a Wyze camera v3 outside to surveillance the premises to gather evidence for the authorities"
