I was never self-directed to tackle weight training at a regular gym and I've found this to be the best way for me to workout because there is always different and changing sets/movements to challenge your body! I am about 30 classes in at the studio with an unlimited monthly membership and I have never felt better after a workout! Perfect combination of cardio and strength, offering classes targeting any/all fitness needs!! I love the small class size and partnering approach to the Move Fast and Move Strong classes!! All the coaches are highly skilled, professional, and motivating to help you achieve your goals. The FST (stretch) services offered are a well worth the addition to a membership to optimize your fitness result. I've met some really amazing people and look forward to hitting 100 classes and beyond! So happy I found this gem of a gym! Come take a class and see for yourself!!
