"Dennis and his wife provided me with very professional customer service. I walked in when I was on the market for e-bikes around $1000 and they had one around that price for $1200. The bike was very good, they even let me test drive it around Verona for 15 minutes. Although there was nothing wrong with the bike (Voletric Discover), I ended up choosing another bike with a $1000 price point because It goes faster and has fat tires. When choosing what bike to get I consulted with Dennis with a lot of questions and he kept a very professional attitude during this time. Once I got the bike from a 3rd party dealer (not from Dennis’s shop) I was not happy with the breaks as they were very loud - they were mechanical breaks. I asked if Dennis could put Hydraulic breaks and he said yes. Dennis was happy to do the work for me. He gave me a fair price. He had some other bikes he had to work on so he called me when he had the time to service my bike, so I brought it in and it took only 2 hours and then it was ready for pickup. Now, it has been around 2 weeks and the new hydraulic breaks are amazing. I plan to go to Dennis if I have any service requests in the future. "If you’re looking to rent or buy an electric bike in North Jersey, this is the place to go. I just rented two e-bikes with my girlfriend, and we had the absolute best experience. "I walked in to Denis's and Elvira's shop yesterday and was so happy I did! I purchased an e-bike that I have had my eye on, and the guidance and service they gave was outstanding! I cannot say enough positive things about them. They were extremely patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions, as this is my first e-bike purchase. They gave me very good advice as to the other gear that I needed for the bike, including a bike rack for my car, which Denis installed for me.
