"Ana and Chris have wonderful energy and are superb instructors. The studio is peaceful, welcoming and amazingly clean. My fellow practitioners are every size, shape, and color and come in for a variety of reasons. My story: I started my practice in March 2022 and started feeling the difference after 5-7 sessions. My chronic pain is no longer chronic, I can sleep better, and my mood has improved. After 3 months of practice (2-3 per week) I feel stronger, walk taller, and have muscles I forgot existed. "I have been working with Chris and Ana since 2008. When I started I had deep pain in my back. Often I would come in crooked due to muscle spasms. Within a few months this was gone and when the pain tried to sneak back, I was able to adjust myself to make it better. Their understanding of the anatomy is second to none. They make adjustments and recommendations tailored to each client which is unique and makes for a personalized and really valuable experience. Ana helps me with pain management as well as toning, strengthening and awareness of posture. I can not recommend this studio enough.
