"I have been going to this bike shop as soon as it opened in my neighborhood. I ride the same e-bike as all the other delivery guys ride, the Arrow-9 (there are also Arrow 7, 10 & 11). These bikes are this shop’s main source of business. My bike is my livelihood and I need it to survive! Shortly after using this shop and meeting Noel (either the main tech or owner), I began having almost weekly issues with my bike, it seemed almost like for every thing that was fixed, two more broke in the coming days. Eventually, I was told I needed an entire new motor. I had seen the motor hanging on the wall not that long ago and was quoted $430.00. When I brought the again disabled bike to his shop, I was told it would be $450.00! I said ok, “but please don’t let anything else on the bike break!” The following day I go to retrieve the bike and asked how much was owed. Noel attempted to charge me $460.00! I said what about the $430 and he stated I agreed to $450 yesterday! Admitting he just tried to up charge me ANOTHER $10!!! The very next day I discovered 3 acts of sabotage of my bikes battery, controller and seat light. I have notified my attorney and intend to recoup all this shop has stolen from me!!"
