"I really did not want to believe all the bad reviews but wow they are all true. I called to set up a first time consultation. The women first began speaking to me in Spanish and I had to explain to her twice that I don’t speak Spanish. We continued and she tells me she will call me back next week to set up an appointment and collect information/I must have everything ready. I asked what specific information. She tells me “name, everything”. I said okay but what is everything then she barley explains it. Then I have additional questions about what is actually going to happen and she says she is busy and has to go. She said she is too busy and will call be back two weeks for now. Then I told how she is going to speak with a potential client this way. She said She was busy and asked what I wanted her to do about it. THEN HUNG UP. And Wow! Never in my life have I experienced anything like that. I work in customer services and this is disgusting. I had to callback 2 additional times just to cancel the “callback” because when I called she kept hanging up. Don’t wasted your time! This law firm really needs to get an new receptionist!"

"I had a consultation with one of the lawyers. He was extremely rude and quick to tell me that he couldn’t really help my case. Although my case wasn’t complicated, and as a lawyer I would think you could do your best to come up with a solution to what I’m telling you I need help with. I’m currently on daca. Which in most cases, lawyers are willing to find solutions to these particular cases. The lawyer seems irritated and in a rush. Very unprofessional. People always talk good about this law firm. The only reason I visited this place was because from word of mouth everyone said they were good. I can now see for myself that this is certainly not true. Don’t waste your time going to this place. Please read all the reviews before choosing a good lawyer who cares about your case, and who will always follow up with your case. Not ignore your calls or never get back to you."
