"If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was referred by someone and we were supposed to get a month free, never got that because we were never told the referring person needs to give you a QR referral through the app. Went to the site and was also told I could cancel anytime but it’s a lie! This is basically a cult and you’re locked into a 12 month contract, which you are never told about up front. I was told there were classes but there are no classes with an instructor. You download the app and it’s self taught. Used the gym maybe twice and was contacted too many times by gym staff for a picture to be on file and miscellaneous stuff that it truly is not worth it. I know my daughter left the same gym and I will never again. I will pay 3x the amount to join a better managed facility that truly is cancel anytime."
