"Clean facilities, personable and helpful staff, and conveniently located downtown. The Pilates classes especially are amazing! I can’t recommend metro fitness enough!"

"I was at Metro Fitness for a number of years before the pandemic and moving away. Started with the Metro42 challenge, Randy even had me bring the challenge to work where we had it running for two sessions. I continued to go downtown for Frank’s and Josh’s pack classes. The classes are challenging but fun. Watch out for Josh’s 12 Day of Christmas challenge! Moving away there are no classes like this. Never thought I’d say I miss them but I do. I really feel that I am a stronger person because of these classes. People don’t believe me when I say I’m 70. I still workout today on treadmill and weights. Thanks to Randy and his staff for giving me a strong, healthy life. Hope to see you whenever I get back to Syracuse."

"Great gym! The equipment and facilities are clean and well maintained. I’ve taken SPIN the most at Metro and love the class. Alex on Sundays has great music and energy. I just wish it was a little louder but understand that’s not for everyone 10/10 will be back gotta eventually try their Pilates classes."

"Metro Fitness Downtown is great! Beautiful setting downtown. Staff is very helpful. There are two floors of equipment; I always get a good workout without waiting for a machine. Sue Ellen, personal trainer, is terrific. I am using muscles I forgot I had! I have not tried the many classes that are offered but will. Changing rooms, showers and steam room clean. A+++"

"Really recommend to work out at Metro Fitness. I've gotten to Pilates and Spin classes. Both are amazing with wonderful instructors. (Pila is good for your flexibility and core. Spin is good for your endurance and strength.) Front desk members are always welcoming you. Metro has great deals with reasonable price!"
