At Strength Warehouse, you'll never have to wait to use your favorite gym equipment. Our facility is fully equipped with the latest fitness technology, including four competition-certified IPF-approved bench presses, three American-made squat racks, a versatile HUSKY leg press hack squat combo, and an extensive range of leg machines. For those looking to build a strong back, we offer the newest Hammer Strength row and pulldown machines, as well as a custom low row machine exclusive to our gym.

Our cardio area features six treadmills, two Stair Masters, two ellipticals, two rowing machines, and a Life Fitness cardio bike, ensuring you have everything you need for a healthy heart. Unique to our gym is the original Strict Curl Platform used in the 2022 Arnold Classic, handcrafted by Ghost.

Strength Warehouse is more than just a gym; it's a community. We prioritize safety and respect, with strict rules against drugs, alcohol, weapons, harassment, bullying, and violence. Our members are encouraged to seek assistance when needed and to maintain a clean environment by wiping down equipment after use. Violation of our rules will result in immediate membership termination without a refund.

The vibrant atmosphere of our gym is enhanced by the stunning artwork of local artist Chris Sosa, creating an inspiring environment for your workouts. Our owner, who has trained and competed across the country, was particularly influenced by CT Fletcher's Iron Addicts Gym in Signal Hill, CA, and has brought a unique blend of that inspiration to Syracuse.

"Every strength athlete's dream. I have been dreaming of such a gym for decades. The space is accommodating for all goals and programs boasting a wide variety of equipment & machines, some of which are custom. I genuinely enjoy the non-commercial feel. The gym atmosphere is energetic and positive. The trainers are top notch and the staff is the kind and helpful. I highly encourage joining this community of sweet savages. If you are in town visiting, this is a mandatory stop."
