"Took our Spyder in for a recall and decided to get the oil changed too. We had the oil and filter (bought it from here) as the plan was to do it ourselves but as long as it was there what the heck. Quoted $80 when we dropped it off. Charge was almost $200 on pickup (1 1/2 hr in labor). We said whoa, they took off 1/2 hour. $140 for an oil change with no oil or filter. There's not a lot of dealers around, my best advice is to get any quotes in writing. Not faulting their work or their pricing, but giving a verbal quote and then doubling it is not good business practice."
