They not only make sure you get an amazing workout, they also help educate you to help you achieve your goals through not only exercise but a healthy diet as well. They also hold speciality classes such as a weight (dumbell) focused class, a "butts and guts" focused class, stretching seminars.. they even hold member appreciation events! What more could you ask for?! I would give them more stars if I could!"
