"Bassett Hospital and clinic service have declined putting patients health at extreme risk as they cannot provide workers for scheduled appointments for the same procedure multiple times. Critical outpatient diagnostic procedures are not being performed timely to prevent further harm for critical issues including cancer and heart conditions."
