"I'm a small-scale goat farmer and I had a pleasant experience when I took a goat to Catskill Packing to be processed for the first time. The owner took care of me and walked me through the process of selecting the style of the cuts. They gave me so many amazing cuts of meat from my little goat. No part of my animal was wasted or lost. Everything was packaged neatly in vacuum sealed bags like you would see at the supermarket. I'm really happy I chose to take my goat there."
