"I started seeing Kristina after I heard her on a radio show that my friend talks on. He asked her a question that I texted him, I loved her answer and quickly made an appointment. She listened to all my concerns and was very sweet. Within days she had an X-ray scheduled for me in Radiology and updated me on MyChart within hours of the results. Today was my last visit with her after I've had a few. Her office scheduled me a CT scan within hours of my appointment due to me being in pain and the urgency of it. She's leaving at the end of October but I'll have a virtual visit with her before then to go over things. The nurses who take my vitals each time and the receptionists are always so kind. Kristina wasn't judgmental with me trying to be more natural with certain ailments and that matters so much to me."

"Read the reviews before choosing people!!, I wish we had! Office nurse Cindy was extremely rude and dismissive and while I was “acute” sick!! She continually read message she claimed to have left and I that I NEVER received stating to “seek urgent care for my acute condition as no appointments that day or the next” and to then have ME contact the office!! 3 days of no call and I finally decided to called back. (Also in previous reviews of staff claiming to have called patient) I questioned availability as 3 days I was told first call out to her and then no availability. The Nursing notes I read from my portal and messages from doctor were immature, combative (as others have also encountered I’ve read in reviews ) and all were less than caring. I told her that I was not rehashing over the portal…even then her sarcasm of me using the portal that I should see a call was made. I used the portal only when I was NOTIFIED of my lab results from urgent care via email! Unreal!! A fever and severely dehydrated and I I was treated with no compassion. I experienced combative and immature behavior (like her reviews state) and her office nurse Cindy was dismissive and I wouldn’t want myself or family ever treated this way. I immediately spoke to a medical PROFESSIONAL and Ironically enough that same day, I received a letter of discharge from Stoyanov.(also done to others) Good riddance!!! Save the automatic response for me I’m already in action for what I’ve endured. I’m thankful my outcome was positive thanks to a wonderful doctor at urgent care. Shame on you Cindy “LPN” and Stoyanov!!!"

"I had terrible experiences with this provider and the office staff. This office does not like patients with complex illnesses, and will block you from even making an appointment to be seen if you are deteriorating. As a result, I suffered permanent damage and disability as a result of delayed medical care. Like with most medical care in this area, it is best to seek care out of the Utica, NY area. Absolute worst in the country."

"Dr. Stoyanov is fantastic. Unlike some other reviews, I do not find her combative at all. I feel like she listens to what I have to say and wants to help me figure out what’s wrong. I’ve only seen her a few times, but I feel she is much more receptive than other doctors I’ve seen in the past. It doesn’t feel like a chore to go see her unlike some other appointments. I don’t understand these reviews that are saying she is rude and does not care. I’ve never once gotten that impression from her."

"I have only great things to say about Dr. Stoyanov! She is friendly, caring and has been quick to respond to me and my issues! Before I even had my initial appointment with her, I contacted her through the portal about issues I was having and feeling very sick, and she wrote back to me with an offer to help me! Highly recommend her and I could not be happier!"
